Adoption Application

Thank you for your interest in our Australian Labradoodle puppies. Our top priority is matching you with the perfect puppy and finding all of our puppies a loving, caring home! To do this we need to know more about you and what you are looking for in a new family member. Please take a moment to fill out the application below. After completing the application you will be contacted as soon as we can. Once your application has been approved you will be asked to submit a reservation fee to reserve your place on our waiting list.

Acknowledgement*
I acknowledge that the $500 reservation consultation fee is non-refundable. The Breeder reserves the right to cancel the reservation and keep the fee if any portion of this application is untrue, if the Buyer is belligerent and/or unprofessional, if the balance is not paid in full by the time the puppy is 4 weeks old or if it comes to our attention that a reservation has been placed with multiple breeders for the same time period.
